Your halloween party isn’t complete without some fun drinks to go along with your party food. We are sharing two ideas from past parties. First, start with your favorite punch. We used green koolaid and sprite to make this punch for a halloween block party. A few days before your party, freeze some of the punch in a plastic mask (taping the eyes and nose closed) and in two latex gloves. Before the party, take our your ice shapes and place them into the punch. The effect is a face that looks like it’s coming up through the bowl. Tip: make sure the rest of the punch is cold before adding the ice. If it’s warm the ice will melt quickly. If you want your ice creature to last even longer, make an additional ice person to add to the punch when the first melts).
This spooky story party had mysterious drinks with “Drink if you Dare” stickers covering apple cider and soda. Guests were advised to pick their poison from a sign that resembled the invitation. Book pages from spooky stories were used to cover the drinks, but patterned paper matching your party theme colors would work just as well.
